The HTPD School Implementation Partnership gives principals a practical, schoolwide system for identifying what each teacher needs next and providing the support necessary for continued growth.

Each partnership is customized to the school and designed to connect teacher onboarding, self-assessment, professional goals, PLCs, classroom visits, feedback, coaching, and reflection.

The HTPD is designed for all teachers, including general education, special education, and special-area teachers.

Each teacher’s role may look different, but every teacher deserves a clear pathway for growth, meaningful professional goals, and support aligned to the work they do.

Each HTPD School Implementation Partnership is customized to one school and designed for use by all teachers within that school.

The partnership includes:

• Customized teacher onboarding materials
• HTPD self-assessments for general education, special education, and special-area teachers
• Customized PLC structures and facilitation resources
• Quarterly implementation consultations with school leadership
• Ongoing email support for implementation questions
• Schoolwide access for all teachers
• Digital delivery through an organized Google folder

The HTPD School Implementation Partnership includes ongoing support for the principal or leadership team throughout the school year.

Support includes:

• An initial implementation planning meeting
• Quarterly consultation sessions
• Ongoing email support for implementation questions
• Guidance as leaders respond to challenges and refine next steps

The goal is to help each school build a system that is practical, coherent, and sustainable.
